The Program

    Raw Power Sports is a premiere enhancement fitness and conditioning program for young and mature athletes.  We have been transforming bodies, minds, and spirits for over a decade. We are one of the top training programs in the state of Texas.  

    Through our training and mentoring program, we have seen the accomplishments of our athletes in high schools across the metroplex, and colleges and universities across the country. Raw Power Sports has established a training program of such high standards and high intensity that college and pro athletes come back to train for their off season conditioning.

Various high school and college coaches have stated how well conditioned and prepared their athletes are when they report for the beginning of the upcoming season.


The Workouts


     Raw Power Sports trains athletes in all aspects of off season strength, conditioning, speed, agility, and skills training. It also prepares athletes for various elite camps and combines across the nation, such as NIKE, US Army All American, Scout.com and NFL combines, in addition to college camps.  Several Raw Power Sports athletes have earned all combine status, MVP status as well as finishing in the top ten for testing.

 Strength:

  • Plyometric
  • Olympic lifts
  • Upper & lower body weight programs
  • Vertical jump
  • Various tire lifts, runs and pushes

 Conditioning:  

  • Resistance with sleds, cords, parachutes and hills 
  • Various sprints from different distances

 Speed:

  • Over speed training done with cords, hurdles and low degree hills
  • Proper starting techniques
  • Proper running techniques
  • Proper muscle group training

 Skills:

  • Train each athlete individually in their various positions in all sports

The Schedule

    Raw Power Sports Summer Camp begins every year on the second Monday in June and runs for seven weeks.  The camp is Monday through Thursday from 6:00 PM to 8:00 PM at Mesquite High School, located at 300 East Davis Street in Mesquite, TX 75149 (
Map & Directions).  

    Thursday workouts are the hills at Palos Verdes Lake Park located at 700 Northwest Drive and Olympia in Mesquite, TX 75150 (Map & Directions).  

    On Day-1, we have our Parents Meeting to introduce the Raw Power Sports staff, discuss registration, hand out enrollment forms, collect fees and and answer any and all questions in preparation for the summar camp. 

    Our schedule will be updated throughout the year.  We train at various times and dates in conjunction with combines and camps that our athletes attend. 


    Raw Power Sports has an Adult Fitness Boot Camp lead by Mary Lavender. The boot camp is Monday through Thursday from 6:30 PM to 7:30 PM.  She will transform your mind and body through motivation, teamwork, and positive encouragement. You will become a stronger, leaner and more confident you. The benefits to your personal transformation is...

    Raw Power Sports runs the Annual Skeeter Pride Summer Program lead by Reggie Fish. The program starts the second Monday in June and runs through to the last Thursday in July, Monday through Thursday 8:00 AM to 10:00 AM at Mesquite High School's varsity field house.
